The SPEEDSTER
Training System is a 3 phase complete speed and quickness training
program.
HEAVY RESISTANCE, LIGHT
RESISTANCE, AND OVER-SPEED TRAINING
Heavy resistance develops super
explosive starts while light resistance increases acceleration speed.
Over/Speed develops faster sprint speed by developing the function of the
fast twitch muscle fiber. Over/Speed training will increase a longer
stride length as well as increasing leg turn over rate.
Lightning Cord for over/speed training
which pulls the runner (faster than their natural sprint speed) up to a
total of 40 yards of sprint speed.
